How soon can I get the dumpster?
We typically offer same-day delivery, depending on availability. Please contact us today at 913-748-7953 to reserve the dumpster that you need.
Where will the dumpster be placed?
A: Please tell us if you would like the dumpster placed on the RIGHT or LEFT side of the driveway facing the house. If you would like it on the street it will be your responsibility to get the correct permits pulled from the city.
Do I need to be on site for deliver/pickup?
A: No, you do not need to be on site for delivery or pickup as long as we have placement instructions.
Will a dumpster fit in my driveway?
Most standard driveways can accommodate our dumpsters; we can help assess your space.
How do I load the dumpster?
A. Simply load your items from the rear or side, ensuring even weight distribution.
What type of materials do you not accept?
A: Appliances containing Freon, Tires, Batteries, Paints, Oils, Hazardous Liquids, Dirt, Rock, Concrete, Asphalt, Brick, Compost, Tree Trunks, and Shingles
How full can I fill the dumpster?
A: All items should be level or below the top of the dumpster. You will find do not overfill lines on the dumpster. It must be safe to transport down the highway.
There will be a $99 per ton charge if the dumpster is overweight
Can you haul yard waste?
Yes, we can haul yard waste but it must be in a separate container for yard waste only. A $100 fee will apply if yard waste is mixed in with other household or remodeling debris/waste.
Can you haul concrete?
NO
Can my dumpster rental be extended?
Yes, as long as it isn’t already rented to another customer. You need to contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your regular scheduled pickup.
Can I reserve a future rental?
Yes! Whether you need a dumpster immediately or within the next couple of weeks, you can reserve the size of dumpster that you need in advance.
Do you offer a military/first responder discount?
A: Yes, we offer a 5% discount upon presentation of valid military/first responder ID.
